Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

To start a return, please contact us at support@aidafarough.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to support@aidafarough.store with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@aidafarough.store.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email support@aidafarough.store as soon as possible with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened kitchen appliances or used products
  • Perishable items (if any)
  • Gift cards
