Do your products come with user manuals?
Absolutely. All appliances include easy-to-follow user manuals in English. Some manuals are also available for download on the product page for convenience.
Are your appliances compatible with 110V or 220V outlets?
Our appliances are designed for U.S. electrical standards (110–120V). Please check the voltage compatibility before purchasing if you’re ordering from outside the U.S.
How do I clean and maintain the appliances?
Cleaning instructions vary by appliance and are included in the user manual. Most units have removable, dishwasher-safe parts. Avoid submerging the main motor/base units in water.
Do you offer replacement parts or accessories?
